  • I have a Macintosh
If you are running OS X, Windows Media Player 10 is available for you at

    Get Windows Media Player

    PLAYER
All of our videos have been encoded for and tested on Windows Media Player 10. Windows Media Player 10 is available for Microsoft Windows 98 SE, Me, 2000, and XP operating systems as well as Mac OS X at

    Get Windows Media Player

    SPEED
You may be trying a video speed higher than your connection and the Internet backbone can effectively deliver. If changing the BUFFER TIME does not help, please choose a lower video speed. (350 kbps or 56 kbps)

    BUFFER TIME
Internet connections and paths are subject to temporary congestion. To compensate for this, the full-length movies buffer a few seconds worth of data before playback begins. If the Internet is heavily congested, this buffer time maybe need to be increased. In Windows Media Player, go to Tools – Options – Performance. Set Network Buffering to a higher time such as 10,15, 20 seconds. You will then need to close Windows Media Player and all browser windows which have a Windows Media Player in them.
